Robin comes to us with 22 years of banking experience working in commercial and mortgage lending and customer service training. She then changed her career focus and joined Warren General Hospital as a Human Resource Generalist for 11 years with a strong focus on labor relations. In 2009 she joined W.C.A. Services Corporation / ALSTAR EMS as the Human Resource Manager and a member of the administrative team. Robin is responsible for Workers’ Compensation claims, the Light Duty Program, benefits, hiring, policies and procedures.Robin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Houghton College, Certificate in Human Resources Studies from the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Robin is also a member of the Chautauqua Leadership Network.
